The Glebe Chamber of Commerce aims to develop and assist businesses in the Glebe Community. As well as organising the annual Glebe Street Fair, Annual Book Fair and Jazz at the Library, initiatives we are currently running to bring more visitors and customers to Glebe include: working with Tourism NSW and Sydney City Council to promote Glebe as a destination for tourists and visitors to Sydney.

The Chamber works with other Glebe resident associations, City of Sydney Council, BAC's and the NSW Government at all levels to encourage and plan the changes needed to continuously improve the Glebe commercial and community precincts. We have taken an active lead in the Glebe Point Road Streetscape Management Plan and are presently lobbying for the reintroduction of the Glebe Ferry Service.
